Your Hosts, Nick and Georgina Maynard, delight in sharing their love of Dorset and country life, and have a wealth of knowledge about interesting and quirky places off the usual tourist beat. Their three dogs - Labradors, Dodger and Potter and Tibetan Terrier, Dudley - are always looking for an excuse to show you around the park. And the old hunters, Poppy and Dotty, stand majestically in the paddock hoping for an apple.

When not creating sumptuous meals for their guests, Georgina, who is an artist, can be found in her garden studio painting portraits of animals and humans. You may meet some of her subjects as they arrive for a sitting - and it is not unknown for guests to commission her themselves!

Nick has spent a lifetime in the food industry, and with another house in France, their enthusiasm for all good things is obvious.

Take time out and let Frampton House envelope you with calm and serenity, washing away the stresses and strains of this hectic life in this beautiful country setting.
